Blog overhaul
I am in the middle of a bit of a blog overhaul and reconfigure. Added some links to my two favourite sites to the left. Man, that took awhile to figure out how to do! Somedays I feel computer proficient and others, not so much. Shutterfly has a new photo share program called and it's s fun and super easy to use. I'm also thinking of getting some Father's day gifts pronto. My Dad loves anything with photos on it and he can never have enough mugs for his tea! And Tim, Mr. Proud papa loves anything with his little sweetie's face. I find you can never go wrong with photo gifts. I made a pile of the calendars at Christmas and each time we get together with relatives they tell me how they love the photo for that month and how fun it has been to go through their own personal calendar. I think I am going to need to make even more this coming Christmas.
Onto dogs. Right now I have a 7 month old cock-a-poo pup barking at the door to be let out. I know he doesn't need to go out as he has been out a few times. What he wants is to be let out to bark at the neighborhood. Argh. It's making me a bit bonkers. He's such a good pup 90% of the time. But this barking is new and keeps getting worse. He's fine during the day for the most part but the evenings he just wants to bark and bark and bark. I've taken to keeping him near me a fair bit on a leash and giving it a tug when he barks which seems to help but the minute I let him off, wham! back to barking and running at the sliding glass door. Anyone have any suggestions? My dogs growing up were never really barkers so this is a new one for me. I've told some friends and co-workers and most people seem to tell me, "He's a small dog. It's what they do." I beg to differ. There has to be something I can do. Has anyone ever tried those no bark collars that spray water? Anywho...
Lastly, new kits. I haven't posted the past few as I have been swamped with work and family, but I'm back this week with two new kits. I am itching to use both of them too. I'm hoping to irk out some time this weekend to scrap. Speaking of this weekend, who is going to see the new Sex in the City movie? I'm heading out tomorrow night with girlfriends. I can't wait!!
